Light straw-yellow colour, slightly aromatic and fruity, abudant froth with fine and lasting perlage. Delicate taste with feelings of fresh fruit.

Chardonnay and Grechetto Gentile
Vinification Process
Soft pressing with both whole or stalkless grapes at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts added. ‘Pris de Mousse’ in ‘cuve close’ at a low temperature.
