WOW! is widely regarded as one of Italy’s most authoritative wine competitions, celebrating wines that excel in both quality and typicity. The rigorous evaluation process combines a score for intrinsic quality (out of 100 points) with a typicity score (out of 10).

Only wines that achieve a total of at least 100 points, with a minimum typicity rating of

6/10, are awarded the coveted Gold Medal.
